Located at the far north end of Piedmont Avenue, this project is a modern addition to one of Oakland’s most vibrant neighborhoods. This mixed use building is comprised of 25 apartments over ground floor retail. The building balances urban density with open plans, clean lines and lots of natural light. The project beings construction April 2016.
